For the newest edition of the Milan Design Week Pollini joins forces with artist Elena Borghi to celebrate artistry and craftmanship. In the year celebrating its 70^th year anniversary Pollini honors all artisans who, thanks to their talents and skills, contributed to the brand's savoir faire and Italian Spirit. 

The Pollini boutique window in Via della Spiga 15 will showcase the artist and set designer's sculpture "Mani d'Oro" that portrays a sewing hand. The artwork will be entirely covered with small strips of leather in shades of gold, for the palm, and in different monochrome tones, for the back.

The leather used by Elena Borghi was entirely sourced from upcycled material coming from the Pollini archives, thus renewing Pollini's commitment to sustainability. 

The "Mani d'Oro" installation illustrates the union between art, fashion and design, and will be on display for the entire duration of the Fuorisalone, which will be held in Milan between the 17 and 26 of April 2023.
